We do not charge set up fees on initial orders per customer. See below for 'recaptured' set up fees.
*Change orders are $5.00 per home, per change. Please keep your ads current! If a home sells, let us know and we'll
either eliminate the space (no refunds), change the ad out with a new home or write SOLD over ad.
Ads expire at the end of time period purchased. An email is sent to remind you of the expiration date to give you the
option of renewing without loosing any ads. If you do not renew, your entire collection is eliminated. To re-establish
or 'recapture' a new agreement, a $100 set up fee is charged in addition to the Ad cost. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If your account becomes past due, your ads are covered in white for 48 hours. If we receive payment, we remove the
cover and your agreement is automatically renewed at your previous rate. If payment is not received, your ads are
eliminated. NO exceptions.
Your homes will be listed under the closest largest city. For Example, when a reader clicks on LOCAL HOMES they will be directed to a
CITY page where they can click on the area they are looking to purchase. If a customer wants to buy in Alachua, they'd click the
GAINESVILLE TAB where they can see the homes they're looking for.
